UCF College of Business is leading the charge into the next generation of business and education. Established in 1968, UCF College of Business offers degrees at the bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral and executive levels. All programs, as well as the Dr. P. Phillips school of Real Estate are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The newest addition to the Department of Finance is the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate established in 2006 by a $2.5 million gift from Dr. Phillips, Inc. The Finance Department is the largest department in the College of Business, with nearly 1,000 undergraduate students majoring in finance and real estate. UCF’s Finance Department graduates focus their expertise in many areas including financial planning, corporate finance, investments, banking, residential and commercial real estate, real estate appraisal and development.”
