About The Real Confidence University Challenge

The Real Confidence University Challenge created for Universities as an education tool with entertainment alternatives aims at introducing real estate investing through a different resource for use within or outside the classroom. With the challenge, faculty can pursue a distinctive approach to education on the benefits of commercial real estate by creating portfolios through a variety of industry options including private equity, REITs, and public or private debt. On-site investment tools support education on these decisions by offering back-testing portfolio models, asset correlations, efficient-frontiers and all historical data access. All portfolio returns can be regularly analyzed with Altus attribution software to determine performance associated with allocation. All these options while pursuing the possibility of winning up to $50,000 for their University program.
